 Commodity Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies for grains and pulses across India, ensuring brand visibility and competitive positioning.

 Dealer & Trader Engagement: Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with traders, dealers, and distributors in the grain market; establish structured engagement programs to retain and grow partnerships.

 Retail Partnerships: Collaborate with leading retail chains such as Dmart, Vijetha, Reliance Mart, and others to expand commodity sales; negotiate long-term contracts and supply agreements.

 Sales Promotion: Drive sales of pulses and grains through targeted campaigns, dealer incentives, and networking initiatives; monitor sales performance against targets.

 Tender & Auction Participation: Manage and lead participation in government and private tenders/auctions for grains and pulses; ensure compliance with documentation and maximize win rates.

 Market Networking: Leverage existing connections in the grain market to identify new opportunities; represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

 Business Development: Expand trading operations and enhance profitability through innovative marketing initiatives; identify new geographies and untapped markets.

 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, set performance goals, and ensure delivery of results; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

 Operational Oversight: Supervise documentation, filing, and record management for trading activities; ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

 Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management; recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of trading operations.
