About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business for PEB, structural steel, heavy fabrication & industrial structures.
- Generate enquiries/RFQs from EPCs, industrial clients, contractors, consultants & developers.
- Build relationships with Purchase, Procurement, Projects & Engineering teams.
- Identify upcoming PEB, warehouse, manufacturing & industrial projects.
- Handle company profiles, pre-qualification, quotations, negotiations & order follow-up.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering and production teams for technical/commercial offers.
- Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry tracker and customer database.
- Develop new customers, vendor registrations and achieve sales/order targets.
- Conduct client/site visits and maintain market/competitor intelligence.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Structural) or MBA Marketing.
- 7–10 years’ experience in PEB/structural steel/fabrication/EPC/construction/industrial projects.
- Strong B2B sales, business development and existing EPC/industrial network preferred.
- Good knowledge of PEB, structural fabrication and industrial structures.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP and LinkedIn.
- Willing to travel for business development.
