Marketing Manager/Outreach

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase student engagement and enrolments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational partners.

Identify new outreach opportunities and potential institutional partnerships.

Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, education fairs, webinars, and student events.

Conduct presentations and information sessions for students, parents, teachers, and education counsellors.

Generate qualified leads through institutional visits, events, referrals, and other outreach activities.

Coordinate with the Admissions, Counselling, Marketing, and Business Development teams for lead conversion.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with institutional partners.

Monitor outreach performance and prepare regular reports on leads, activities, conversions, and partnerships.

Represent the organization at education fairs, conferences, school visits, and other industry events.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify new opportunities.

Achieve monthly and annual outreach and enrolment targets.
