About this role
- Brand building and thus generating business in macro micro level to improve the market share and profitability of the assigned brand/s.
- Development timely dispatch of promotional inputs
- Product life cycle management.
- Provide functional training to develop field force managers.
- Follow-up tracking of business
- Attract, develop retain people
- Tracking top hospitals, business market size and shares.
- Identify suitable vendors follow-up for timely execution of promotional inputs.
- Ensuring timely dispatches tracking of promotional inputs to the respective Sales Executives
- Propose activities, campaigns, initiatives etc. to increase market size and penetration.
- Execution of all marketing campaigns strategies in coordination with field managers.
- Preparation of promotional inputs timely dispatch of samples / Inputs.
- Ensure product wise sales; identify low performing areas devise solutions for improving sales.
- Plan and provide training for newly joined field force and refresher program for field force.
- 8 - 10 Days of field work to gain market insight, customer development feedback market intelligence
- Facilitate and motivate the FF by addressing their queries.
- Timely Submission of applicable Reports.
- Identifying the HCP manage the activities as per COC ensure compliance
