Marketing Manager — Brand, Growth & Category Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns that meet business objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Manage budgets for e-commerce advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads.
• Brand identity, voice & positioning for the new Furniture brand
•  Performance marketing — Google, Meta & marketplace ads — driving D2C growth
•  Content calendars, catalogue shoots & campaigns across all 3 businesses
• Retail, trade & exhibition marketing, showroom launches

Job Requirements :

• 6-25 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing successful growth marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Experience working in the internet industry with expertise in e-commerce category marketing.
