About this role
About HireNetix
HireNetix is a hiring technology platform built for franchise brands and multi-unit restaurant/QSR operators in the US. Franchise systems lose enormous amounts of money to understaffed shifts and crew turnover our platform lets a brand own and centralize hiring across all of its franchisee locations instead of leaving every operator to fend for themselves. We are a small, fast-moving team. Marketing today is run directly by our VP of Marketing & Sales. We already have a written marketing plan content themes, channels, campaign calendar, and targets. What we do not have is a person to execute it. That is this role.
What this role actually isYou will be the marketing function. Not a member of a marketing team - the marketing function. You will take an existing plan and turn it into published pages, running campaigns, sent emails, and reported numbers, week after week, without someone standing behind you assigning tasks. You will get context, direction, budget, and a weekly sync with the VP. You will not get a manager who breaks work into daily to-dos. If that sounds like freedom, read on. If it sounds like being left alone, this is not the right role for you.
What you will ownContent & SEO
- Write and publish blog posts, landing pages, and case studies for hirenetix.com
- Build and maintain the keyword strategy for our category - franchise hiring, restaurant/QSR staffing, turnover, applicant flow
- Own on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, and technical hygiene; work with our headless CMS to ship pages without waiting on a developer
- Turn subject-matter input from sales and product into publishable content
LinkedIn & social
- Run the HireNetix company page - cadence, content, engagement
- Ghost-write and schedule thought-leadership posts for the VP of Marketing & Sales
- Engage in franchise and restaurant-operator communities where our buyers actually spend time
Email & sales support
- Build and run nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and newsletters
- Support outbound with sequences, list building, and enrichment
- Produce sales collateral: one-pagers, decks, comparison sheets, follow-up templates
Paid ads & analytics
- Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads on a modest budget - set up, test, cut what fails, scale what works
- Own GA4, conversion tracking, and the CRM/marketing-automation dashboards
- Report on the funnel honestly every month: what worked, what did not, what you are changing
Your first 90 days
- Days 130: Learn the franchise and QSR hiring space well enough to write about it without hand-holding. Audit the current site, content, and analytics setup. Publish your first two pieces.
- Days 3160: Get a consistent content and LinkedIn cadence running. Launch the first email nurture sequence. Fix tracking gaps.
- Days 61–90: Have your first paid campaigns live with clean attribution, and deliver a monthly funnel report you built yourself.
What we need from you
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally B2B SaaS. Marketing to businesses, not consumers.
- You can write well in English. Clear, specific, non-fluffy business writing - this is the single most important skill in this role.
- Hands-on experience across at least three of: SEO/content, LinkedIn/social, email marketing/automation, paid search or paid social.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and at least one marketing automation or CRM platform (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Comfort with a CMS and with basic HTML - enough to publish and fix a landing page yourself.
- Evidence that you teach yourself. A tool you learned because a project needed it. A channel you figured out with no one to ask. A newsletter, side project, or portfolio you built on your own. We will ask about this and we will go deep on it.
- Availability to work until ~10:00 PM IST so we have real overlap with the US team.
- A reliable internet connection and a workspace where you can take calls.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to franchise systems, restaurants, retail, hospitality, or HR/recruitment tech
- Having marketed to a US or international audience
- Basic design ability - Canva or Figma, enough to make a clean one-pager without a designer
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily workflow (we use them heavily; we also expect you to edit their output, not ship it raw)
This role is probably not for you if
- You have only worked inside a large team where someone else set the strategy and someone else pressed publish
- Your experience is mainly agency-side campaign execution on someone else's brand, with no ownership of outcomes
- You need daily supervision to stay productive
- You are looking for a purely strategic role with an execution team beneath you — there is no team beneath you yet
Compensation9,00,000 – 15,00,000 CTC per annum, depending on experience and demonstrated skill, plus a performance-linked component tied to pipeline and funnel targets.Fully remote. Annual leave as per company policy. Budget for tools, courses, and conferences that make you better at this job.
