Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader – Insurance P&C to drive the marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and growth initiatives for the Property & Casualty insurance business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&C insurance, B2B marketing, digital marketing, GTM strategy, and stakeholder management.

Skills:-

• 16+ years of overall marketing experience with significant exposure to Insurance/P&C.
• Strong understanding of the P&C insurance value chain, products, customers, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2B2C marketing and enterprise GTM.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing initiatives with business growth and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy and GTM roadmap for P&C insurance offerings.
• Build strong brand positioning and thought leadership across the insurance ecosystem.
• Drive demand generation, ABM, lead generation, and pipeline growth initiatives.
• Develop marketing programs targeting P&C insurers, brokers, MGAs, and insurance technology stakeholders.
• Create compelling content, case studies, whitepapers, industry insights, and thought-leadership assets.
• Partner with Sales and Business teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Build relationships with industry analysts, partners, associations, and relevant insurance communities.
• Track marketing performance through pipeline, MQLs, conversion, ROI, CAC, and revenue metrics.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
