Marketing Lead/Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with 7 to 15 years of experience for one of our Canada based Clients to build and scale our digital marketing function from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, video content creation, performance marketing, and digital campaigns, with a proven ability to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies from scratch.
Creativity is non negotiable.

Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns, video marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Create and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative marketing strategies.

Experience working with Canada and USA clients is good to have.

Requirements:

7 to 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, video creation, and performance marketing.
Proven experience in building and scaling a digital marketing function from scratch.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
Experience in the Loans, Mortgage, BFSI, or Financial Services industry is a strong plus.
