Marketing (Lead Generation)

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online platforms.
• Research and identify potential customers, students, institutions, and business prospects.
• Manage and maintain lead databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Run and monitor lead-generation campaigns across relevant channels.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Develop engaging marketing content for social media, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
• Identify new lead-generation channels and opportunities to improve conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation and campaign performance.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing and lead-generation trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 02 years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media, Google tools, CRM/lead management systems, and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Candidates interested in EdTech, digital marketing, and sales will be preferred.
