    • Plan weekly content calendars with the At Buzz team, covering property walkthroughs, destination guides, host stories, and offers.
    • Develop 3–5 content ideas every week and shoot raw content on property visits.
    • Support launch offers, referral codes, and creator stays.
    • Write destination and property pages to improve Google search visibility.
    • Track website visits, enquiries, and bookings to understand marketing performance.
    1. Host and property coordination
    • Shortlist and visit homestays, checking cleanliness, safety, and the accuracy of property photographs.
    • Coordinate property shoots with Atraski Studios.
    • Assist with host onboarding, agreements, bank details, and listing approvals.
    • Maintain updated host records and follow up on availability, pricing, response times, and guest feedback.
    1. Guest and booking management
    • Respond to website, Instagram, and WhatsApp enquiries within two hours during working hours.

    What we're looking for

    • A graduate or final-year student in hotel management, travel and tourism, BBA/marketing, mass communication, or a related field.
    • An interest in travel and homestays, with an understanding of what makes a guest's stay special.
    • Comfortable using and testing websites and apps and identifying issues or confusing user experiences.
    • Strong written and spoken Hindi and English.
    • Ability to write clear briefs, property listings, and professional host messages.
    • Basic smartphone video shooting and Canva skills.
    • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up independently.
