Work Timings: 9:30am-600pm | Mon-Fri On site, Sat- WFH

Stipend- 15k/month

Company Description Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is an industry-led, not-for-profit apex body focused on building world-class skilled talent for the telecom sector. Formed through a collaboration between COAI, ICEA, and NSDC, TSSC operates under the aegis of the MSDE, MSDE and DoT. The council has certified over 650,000 learners and works with approximately 500 training partners and more than 1,000 training centers across India. TSSC is committed to enhancing employability and industry readiness by aligning its programs with current and emerging needs of the telecom ecosystem.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content calendars, monitoring engagement, and gathering insights from analytics to improve performance. The intern will collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging and may help with basic graphic design or multimedia content. This is an on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in team activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO or online advertising is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate
• Interest in the telecom sector and willingness to learn about skill development initiatives is an advantage.
