Job Summary

Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, content, social media, and brand communication.
• Research market trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Learn and use AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, automation, and marketing productivity.
• Experiment with new content formats, creative concepts, and marketing approaches.
• Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Track basic marketing performance and prepare simple reports.
• Stay updated on AI tools, digital marketing trends, social media trends, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with the ability to think of fresh and interesting ideas.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, social media, or branding.
• Strong willingness to learn and experiment.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in marketing.
• Ability to quickly learn new AI tools and apply them to practical marketing tasks.
• Curiosity about trends, content, brands, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to think outside the box and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
