Marketing Intern

Reports to : Brand Manager

Location : Mumbai office (with store visits)

Duration : 3-6 months, full-time, starting immediately

Brand and Marketing Team

What you will work on

• Support the Brand Manager on day-to-day brand and marketing activities during the launch phase
• Keep launch trackers, calendars and status updates current and follow up on pending items
• Coordinate with agencies, creators and vendors on briefs, timelines, approvals and deliverables
• Assist on social media content - drafting copy, scheduling, community monitoring and reporting
• Support product shoots and film production - planning, logistics and asset management
• Proofread packaging, print and digital copy against brand guidelines
• Support website launch - content checks, QA and bug logging
• Handle vendor and agency paperwork - quotes, POs, invoices and approvals
• Any other task needed to get the brand through launch

What we are looking for :

Must have

• Graduate in marketing, communications, design, business or similar
• Organised and reliable - you keep trackers current without being chased, and you close loops
• Writes clean, simple English and can hold a tone of voice once shown it
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Canva; quick to pick up new tools
• Fluent on Instagram - knows what performs, what looks off, and what a good brief looks like
• Available full-time at the Mumbai office for the internship period, including occasional weekend store days around launch
• Open to doing whatever it takes to push a brand through launch - no task too small, from packing samples to standing in the store on opening day

Good to have

• Any prior internship or project in D2C, retail, lifestyle or home brands
• Experience coordinating with agencies, creators or vendors
• Eye for product, interiors or textiles
