Marketing Intern

Job Summary

• Marketing Strategy Support. Support the team in planning and execution of marketing initiatives across business verticals. Assist in translating ideas into clear campaign direction and actionable deliverables. Contribute to building strong marketing narratives that are simple, relevant, and consistent.
• Market Competitor Research. Conduct research on competitors, audience behaviour, and market trends. Help identify insights that support content themes, campaign planning, and brand positioning. Present findings through structured summaries and decks.
• Content Communication Execution. Assist in creating and refining content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp and Email. Support copywriting for captions, short posts, campaign messaging, scripts, and communication drafts. Ensure messaging is clear, correct, and aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Execution Coordination. Support execution of digital campaigns and social media calendars. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery of content, creatives, and approvals. Maintain consistency across channels and ensure timelines are met.
• Performance Tracking Reporting. Support tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics. Assist in weekly updates and performance snapshots. Learn to improve execution based on outcomes and feedback.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical thinking with ability to structure ideas clearly.
• High attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Ability to work under timelines and deliver consistently.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic Canva Skills Google Workspace.

Experience Background

• Marketing aspirants from UG/PG colleges with strong interest in Brand, Content, Growth, Digital Marketing and Business Communication.
• Candidates with prior content, social media, research, or marketing project exposure will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing / Completed Graduation or Post Graduation (BBA / BMS / B.Com / BA / MBA / PGDM or related fields).
