Role Description The Marketing Intern at Ankura Homes will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives that promote our communities and services. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, helping coordinate events and promotions, and supporting digital and offline outreach activities. The intern will interact with prospective customers, assist the sales and customer service teams with marketing-related tasks, and help track campaign performance. The role also includes maintaining orderly documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospects and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven planning and campaign execution.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist with lead generation, follow-up, and promotional activities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with social media platforms; experience with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ongoing or completed undergraduate studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in real estate, lifestyle communities, and customer-focused brand building is beneficial.
