Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze community conversations across all sales areas on the Birla White Experts Club App.
• Engage with top painters and contractors to drive participation and revive discussions.
• Generate ideas to enhance community engagement and support BOT/AI-based communication initiatives.
• Share insights, trends, and recommendations to improve user experience and engagement.

Eligibility:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Digital Marketing, Community Management, and Social Media Engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Content creation, social listening, and basic understanding of AI/chatbots.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
