About the Role

As a Founder's Office – Marketing Intern (AI & Automation), you will work directly with the founders and marketing leadership on high-priority marketing initiatives, using AI and automation to improve how marketing is researched, created, executed, and measured.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about AI, enjoys experimenting with new tools, and wants to understand how AI can be used to solve real business problems.

You will work across marketing strategy, content, market research, campaign execution, and marketing operations. A significant part of your role will involve identifying repetitive manual tasks, building AI-powered workflows, and finding ways to help the marketing team move faster and work more efficiently.

You don't need to be an expert in AI or automation. What matters is your curiosity, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to experiment, test, and build.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows and automations for marketing research, content, campaigns, lead generation, and reporting.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, and Make to automate repetitive work and improve marketing productivity.
• Research markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends using AI and other tools.
• Create and optimize LinkedIn content, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, GTM decks, and marketing collaterals using AI.
• Track marketing performance, build dashboards, and automate reporting.
• Experiment with new AI tools and identify practical use cases for the marketing team.
• Work directly with founders and marketing leadership on special projects and GTM initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and ensure things get done.

Must Haves

• Freshers / 0–6 months experience.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, marketing, and startups.
• Hands-on curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Proactive, fast learner with a strong ownership mindset.

Good to Have

• Built an AI workflow, automation, chatbot, agent, or dashboard.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience with marketing, content, research, or startup projects.
• Familiarity with Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools.
