Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with external vendors for event collaterals, booth requirements, and logistics
• Working closely with design agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Supporting end-to-end event execution, including pre-event planning and on-site coordination
• Assisting in content development for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Managing marketing assets, documentation, and follow-ups
• Providing support across digital campaigns, reporting, and lead management activities
• Handling other ad-hoc marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
