Marketing Intern

Not many people are suitable in marketing. Only about 0.00001% are truly suitable although many people have it as a job. Marketing is both an insight and a skill. Unless people have the insight - they won't be able to put the skill to great use. We are looking for people who have a strong inclination to be among the 0.00001% and that's truly like finding the sharpest needle in a haystack.

At Bugasura, we are re-writing how people test and build quality apps.

To re-write the way the world, we need multiple things and one of them is marketing.We are bold, courageous and communicative. We need people who match this flair of ours.

Why interns?

-This is a dating period before finding the true fit to a full time job.So, this isn't just a gig.

-This can be a long term future.5 of them to run good energies together.

What will these 5 interns do?

-They will execute a charter that is broken down in simpler ways for them to execute.

-They will talk about Bugasura's value, solution, features and customers.

-They will spread the word of Bugasura through videos, reels and written content.

T-hey will amplify the signals in social media.

-They will plan for video ads, shoot them, edit them, publish and amplify.

The people who fit should be able to Learn the product, the market, the customers and users deeply

Learn to the extent they can do demos

Since the work is absolute fun, they should be able to put in the "hard fun".

-If you already shoot videos, edit videos or an Insta influencer

-If you are great at photos

-Strong design and simplicity sense

-Great flair of English

-Conversant with using AI

We want the crazy ones but our experience also suggests that crazy people get self distracted and they cannot stay on course. While our experience suggests that - we also know those who can stay on course while being crazy can do wonders.
