We're looking for a Marketing Intern who is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn the practical side of real estate marketing. The role involves supporting the marketing team in day-to-day activities, assisting with lead generation initiatives, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
• Research and identify new channels and innovative ways to generate quality real estate leads.
• Support the team in planning, testing, and optimizing lead generation strategies across different platforms.
• Assist in managing the marketing side of the CRM, ensuring lead data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Help analyze campaigns and lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
• Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, and business growth.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Prior internship or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
