Job Statement Nicomatic India is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Marketing professional to drive Marketing Intelligence, Technical Marketing, Corporate Events, Branding & Digital Presence, and Supplier Coordination. The role will support the organization’s Make in India manufacturing growth, technology positioning, and customer engagement strategy by strengthening market insights, enhancing brand visibility, and enabling effective communication aligned with business goals. The position will act as a strategic Marketing partner to business and functional leaders. Job Roles & Responsibilities:- Competitor Analysis · Nicomatic Connectors -- Product Families (DMM, EMM, CMM & AMM) · Nicomatic New Range -- OPTIMUS (EN4165), Fiber Optics, Matr’YX · Nicomatic Electronics Range -- Backlight Panels, Control Panels & iCan Picopop PCB Deliverables for Connectors: comparative spec/qualification matrices, standards mapping, price/lead-time corridors, account/program maps (DPSUs/DRDO/private primes/Tier-1s), win/loss drivers, battlecards & playbooks. Deliverables for Electronics: feature/qualification comparison, UI/HMI value props, reliability/MTBF angles, sourcing & partners, and program targeting
Technical Marketing & Product Positioning · Prepare technical content such as product datasheets, application notes, solution brief and support product positioning. · Prepare detailed technical comparison sheets (competitive benchmarking) for connectors, interconnect solutions, and subsystems. · Translate technical specifications into customer-centric value propositions. · Develop product positioning strategies based on performance, reliability, and application use-cases. · Work closely with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to understand product capabilities and customer requirements. · Support customer discussions with technical insights and differentiators. · Enable pre-sales support through technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Corporate Event Management · Plan and execute corporate events such as exhibitions, tech days, seminars, and customer visits. · Coordinate end-to-end event execution including logistics, branding, and stakeholder engagement. · Represent company offerings effectively during industry exhibitions and defence events. · Manage customer hosting at factory including visits, presentations, and experience walkthroughs. · Collaborate with internal teams for product showcasing and demonstration planning. · Evaluate event effectiveness through lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Branding, Product Marketing & Social Media · Develop and manage company branding aligned with global Nicomatic identity. · Drive product marketing through social media, showcasing connectors, panels, PCB solutions, and subsystem capabilities. · Create and manage product-focused campaigns for awareness and lead generation. · Strengthen employer branding and company visibility in defence and aerospace sectors. · Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve digital outreach strategies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Intelligence and Market Intelligence skills to gather, interpret, and report on market and competitor information.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills and Analytical Skills to create data-driven insights, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Candidates should possess Market Analysis skills to evaluate market size, segmentation, trends, and opportunities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data handling and visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in analytics or market research are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about markets and technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B, electronics, or industrial components sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
