    About HubbleHox
HubbleHox is an integrated EdTech ecosystem offering technology-enabled solutions across the education lifecycle, from early childhood education and teacher development to higher education, online learning, digital assessments and institutional technology platforms.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and hands-on Head of Marketing & Growth to lead the marketing function across our diverse portfolio of brands and products. The role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving demand generation, improving acquisition and conversion, building marketing systems, and aligning marketing initiatives with business and revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and can seamlessly move between brand building, performance marketing, product marketing, team leadership and business growth.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

    • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands, products, and business verticals.
    • Translate business objectives and revenue targets into annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets and measurable KPIs.
    • Build integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with each product's target audience, positioning and sales cycle.
    • Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, channels and go-to-market approaches.
    • Work closely with leadership to align marketing priorities with business goals and commercial outcomes.

    2. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

    • Lead performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant acquisition channels.
    • Own campaign strategy, media planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing and optimisation.
    • Drive lead generation, improve lead quality, and optimise CPL, CAC, conversion rates and return on marketing investment.
    • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies covering awareness, lead generation, nurturing, qualification and conversion.
    • Build account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation initiatives for institutional and enterprise-facing products.
    • Work with Sales to improve lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-revenue conversion.

    3. Brand Strategy & Product Marketing

    • Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, value propositions and differentiation across the product portfolio.
    • Lead product marketing, including audience research, competitive analysis, customer insights, messaging frameworks and go-to-market strategies.
    • Develop product launches, campaigns, brand narratives and integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across digital, offline, sales and partner-facing touchpoints.
    • Identify opportunities to build category awareness, brand credibility and market visibility.

    4. Content, Creative & Communication

    • Lead the content and creative function across campaigns, digital platforms, social media, websites, brochures, presentations and other marketing assets.
    • Build content strategies that support brand awareness, demand generation, engagement and conversion.
    • Oversee creative concepts, campaign messaging, copywriting, video content, social media communication and marketing collateral.
    • Drive thought leadership, leadership communication, case studies, customer stories, PR narratives and industry-facing content.
    • Ensure that content is audience-centric, differentiated, commercially relevant and aligned with brand positioning.

    5. CRM, Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimisation

    • Own the marketing side of CRM strategy, lead management, nurturing, segmentation and lifecycle communication.
    • Work with Sales and technology teams to improve CRM workflows, lead routing, tracking, reporting and follow-up processes.
    • Implement and optimise email, WhatsApp, SMS and other relevant automation journeys.
    • Establish clear definitions for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and funnel-stage conversions.
    • Analyse funnel performance and identify bottlenecks across acquisition, qualification, counselling and conversion.
    • Use data and automation to improve marketing efficiency and lead-to-customer conversion.

    6. Digital Marketing, Website & SEO

    • Oversee website strategy, landing pages, conversion optimisation, SEO, organic growth and digital user experience.
    • Collaborate with design, content and development teams to improve website performance and conversion journeys.
    • Drive organic search, content-led acquisition and discoverability across relevant platforms.
    • Ensure effective analytics implementation, campaign tracking, attribution and performance reporting.

    7. PR, Events, Partnerships & Integrated Campaigns

    • Lead PR strategy, media outreach, award submissions, corporate announcements and brand reputation initiatives.
    • Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, roundtables and other brand-building activities.
    • Develop marketing initiatives with universities, education institutions, industry bodies, technology partners and other ecosystem stakeholders.
    • Maximise the impact of events and partnerships through pre-event promotion, on-ground engagement and post-event lead nurturing.

    8. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Lead and develop the marketing team across performance marketing, content, creative, design, video, social media, digital and CRM.
    • Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, workflows and review mechanisms to improve accountability and execution.
    • Build a proactive, collaborative and performance-oriented marketing culture.
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Partnerships and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
    • Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners and marketing technology providers.
    • Identify capability gaps and build the team required to support business growth.

    9. Marketing Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting

    • Own marketing budgets, media allocation, campaign forecasts and resource planning.
    • Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, lead quality, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
    • Present regular marketing performance updates, insights, risks and recommendations to leadership.
    • Use data to guide investment decisions, prioritise initiatives and improve marketing ROI.
    • Drive continuous experimentation, testing and optimisation across campaigns and channels.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • 1015 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, brand management or product marketing.
    • Demonstrated experience leading a multi-functional marketing team and managing multiple brands, products or business lines.
    • Strong experience across both B2B and B2C marketing.
    • Proven expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, funnel optimisation and revenue-focused marketing.
    • Experience building integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, creative, CRM, brand and offline channels.
    • Strong understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation and positioning.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics and reporting tools.
    • Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, technology, higher education or a multi-product business would be an advantage.
    • Team productivity, accountability, and on-time execution.
