Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Build and strengthen the companys brands and market positioning.
• Plan brand awareness and promotional campaigns for apparel and fashion products.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, trends and customer segments.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to support business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

2. Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Identify, appoint and coordinate with third-party marketing agencies.
• Manage external agencies handling SEO, digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising and creative activities.
• Evaluate agency performance, deliverables, timelines and ROI.
• Coordinate with agencies for campaigns, creatives, promotions and digital activities.
• Negotiate with vendors and agencies for better commercial terms and deliverables.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing

• Coordinate with third-party SEO agencies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, keyword rankings and lead generation.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversions and marketing ROI.
• Ensure consistent digital presence across website and social media platforms.

4. Influencer & Brand Promotion

• Identify suitable fashion influencers, content creators and social media personalities for brand promotion.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate commercials and coordinate deliverables with influencers.

• Track influencer campaign performance and brand reach.
• Explore collaborations with fashion communities, creators and relevant industry partners.

5. Content & Creative Management

• Coordinate with creative agencies/designers for marketing creatives, product shoots, videos, catalogues and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication.
• Plan content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and fashion trends.
• Monitor competitor branding, pricing, promotions and digital marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management.

7. Sales & Business Support

• Work closely with the Sales Team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
• Develop marketing campaigns for brands, retailers, wholesalers, corporate customers and exporters.
• Support distributor/dealer marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Measure marketing activities based on leads, customer acquisition, sales contribution and ROI.

8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
• Track marketing budgets and campaign expenditure.
• Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, brand reach and ROI.
• Present campaign results and improvement plans to the Sales Head.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
