Role & responsibilities ::

• Drive increase in patient walk-ins, revenue and overall business growth through targeted marketing and promotional strategies.
• Grow existing cash and corporate business, while strengthening corporate relationships, partnerships and referral networks.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term brand, marketing and business development strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
• Build strong brand visibility and positioning through digital, media, PR, events and BTL initiatives.
• Drive marketing initiatives for specialties, key clinical services, achievements and differentiators to generate patient demand and business.
• Plan and execute patient acquisition campaigns, community outreach, RWA activities, events and promotional initiatives to enhance footfall and brand recall.
• Manage media, PR, creative and digital agencies, ensuring consistent brand identity and effective communication.
• Drive corporate tie-ups, sponsorships and business development initiatives to create new revenue opportunities.
• Strengthen existing corporate relationships and cash business, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, retention and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor market intelligence, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and media visibility to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimum utilisation and measurable ROI/MROI.
• Track and present marketing, patient footfall, business and campaign performance to management with actionable improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistent communication across all internal and external platforms.
