Marketing Head- Derma Rx

Role & responsibilities

Developing and executing the marketing and portfolio strategy for the Derma Rx Business
• Identifying attractive therapy areas, patient segments, market opportunities and unmet clinical needs
• Defining brand positioning, value propositions and communication strategies based on scientific and customer insights
• Building annual brand plans, marketing budgets, sales forecasts and performance metrics
• Leading successful brand commercialisation and new-product launches
• Developing a strong innovation and product pipeline aligned with dermatology market opportunities
• Creating differentiated engagement strategies for dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons and other skin-care specialists
• Building strong scientific relationships with KOLs, KMEs, academic institutions and professional dermatology associations
• Developing scientific communication, promotional content, medical education initiatives and customer-engagement programmes
• Monitoring prescription trends, brand adoption, doctor conversion, market share and competitive activity
• Enabling CRM-led, analytical, digital and omnichannel customer engagement
• Partnering with Sales to improve field-force effectiveness, campaign execution and prescription generation
• Ensuring all marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory, medical and ethical standards
• Working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain teams

Preferred candidate profile

15-20 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Must have experience with minimum 8-10 years in Dermatology / Cosmotalogy Pharma Marketing.
