Role Description The Marketing Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves creating visually compelling graphics and marketing materials for digital and print channels, aligned with InstaLaxmi's brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The designer will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creatives for social media, promotional campaigns, presentations, and in-app assets. Daily tasks include designing brand visuals, refining layouts, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes contributing ideas for campaigns, optimizing creatives based on performance feedback, and staying updated on design and marketing trends relevant to digital gold and B2B fintech.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital and print media.
• Experience in Branding, including developing and maintaining visual identity and brand consistency.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing to support campaign objectives with effective visual content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts and designs.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of typography, color, and layout, and ability to work within deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Thane.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2B platforms is an advantage but not required.
