    About this role

    Marketing Generalist, B2B SaaS

    PitchSense · GTM Team

    About PitchSense and this role

PitchSense is the deal readiness and acceleration platform for AI-native sales and partner teams. We're a small team that ships fast and leans on AI to do more with fewer people.

We're hiring a marketing generalist who can own content end-to-end: write, create, distribute and measure. You'll own the content that represent PitchSense everywhere a buyer meets us: website, blog, LinkedIn, and outbound. You'll build the workflows that get that content made, repurposed and distributed. Ultimately, you'll measure the content performance and iterate.

    What you'll do

    Content (50%)

    • Website: Write and refresh homepage, product, use-case, pricing and landing-page copy. Work with design to test messaging and improve conversion.
    • Blog and SEO: Plan and publish a steady cadence of posts (how-tos, thought leadership, comparison and use-case pages). Do keyword research, brief and edit freelancers or AI drafts, and own on-page SEO.
    • Social: Run the company LinkedIn (and X, if relevant) and ghostwrite for founders. Build a weekly posting rhythm that turns product updates, customer wins and opinions into posts people engage with.
    • Outreach copy: Write cold email and LinkedIn sequences with the sales team, by persona and segment. Iterate on subject lines, hooks and CTAs using reply and meeting data.
    • Sales and product marketing assets: One-pagers, case studies, battlecards, launch announcements and newsletter content.
    • Voice and positioning: Keep messaging consistent across channels and maintain a simple brand voice and messaging guide.

    Automation and AI distribution (50%)

    • AI-assisted production: Build reusable prompts, custom GPTs/Claude projects and templates so drafts, briefs and variants come out on-brand and fast.
    • Repurposing pipelines: Turn one asset into many, for example a blog post into LinkedIn posts, a newsletter section and email snippets, with minimal manual work.
    • Distribution workflows: Use no-code automation (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar) to schedule, publish and route content across channels.
    • Outbound tooling: Set up and maintain sequences and enrichment in our outbound stack (e.g. Lemlist, Phantombuster, Apollo) and keep them synced with our CRM.
    • Measurement: Track traffic, engagement, reply rates and pipeline influenced. Report monthly on what's working and cut what isn't.
    • Stay current: Test new AI and marketing tools and recommend the few worth adopting.
