Marketing Functional Business Analyst- AEM

Work you’ll do

In your role at Deloitte, you would be responsible for:

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with Business to capture all necessary information. Understanding the BA roles and responsibilities, adhering to the industry and client expectations.
• Having a clear understanding of all the Business requirements, priorities of the features to be delivered catering to project timelines. Understanding pain points of client and helping them with best possible solutions.

• Understanding the Technology insights i.e., on which platform client application is built such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, other CMS tools

• Ability to evolve and adapt evolving technologies such as GenAI to enhance Business processes, drive innovation and deliver data driven insights.

• Work closely with team members across different technical tracks to design the software solutions that meets client requirement.

• Facilitate effective communication by acting as a liaison between the Client, Project leads, Developers, QA and other stakeholders. Drive the feature review meetings with Client and collate the feedbacks. Build strong relationship with client SMEs, product owners through regular interactions.

• Having expertise on agile process, project management tools, software development model.

• Create necessary artifacts for clients/Deloitte repository like functional specifications, solution design documents, user manuals, training materials etc.

• Develop and maintain all documents and deliverables for clients for all phases of the project to substantially build the system functionalities

• Help resolve specific client problems through innovation and use of Deloitte assets. Identify opportunities to utilize NextGen technologies like Digital, Blockchain, Automation, AI etc. to implement innovative solutions for client problems.

Support/Operate Specific Competencies

• Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and report to track performance and marketing metrics, customizing reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders.

• Help Desk and Ticketing Systems: Experience with support tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or JIRA Service Desk, managing and prioritizing support tickets effectively.

• SLA Management: Adherence to SLA standards for the team, ensuring that service level agreements are met consistently.

• Prioritization: Very responsive on prioritization, with commitment to SLA timelines and ensuring that high-priority tasks are addressed promptly.

• Stakeholder Management Skills: Effective communication and responsiveness to management, ensuring that stakeholder expectations are met and issues are escalated appropriately.

• RAID Monitoring & Communications: Monitoring Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and maintaining clear communication channels regarding these elements.

• Coordination with Third Parties: Effective coordination with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.

• Identification of Risks: Proactively identifying and raising risks to the correct forums frequently, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they escalate.

• Openness to New Technologies: Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adopt new tech stacks and applications/platforms, staying current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A minimum of 3+ years of consulting/ industry experience.

• Graduation (BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSC/ MS/MTech/MBA)

• Job location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Functional Analyst . Familiarity in leveraging Agile project methodologies, for full - lifecycle implementations

• Should have very good Marketing (Data Analytics, CMS tools, Campaign, Personalization etc.) product knowledge and well versed with administration skills

• Experience in Operations/Support of any Marketing tools

• Experience in building RFP/RFI for Marketing Support/implementation opportunities and building presales collateral

• Expertise on MS Suite of products (MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Plan)

Preferred:

• Experience with support tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or JIRA Service Desk

• Hands on experience in Requirement & Program management tools like JIRA, ADO, ALM, ServiceNow, etc.
