Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our courier and cargo services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting customers, visiting business locations, and achieving sales targets through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients such as e-commerce businesses, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, corporate offices, and logistics companies.
• Promote the company's domestic and international courier & cargo services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for service execution.
• Follow up with customers regarding shipments, pricing, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, leads, and sales activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong marketing and sales abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
• Basic understanding of courier, cargo, logistics, or supply chain services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Field Marketing, Logistics, Courier, Cargo, or Freight Services.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in courier, logistics, cargo, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
