Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through prospecting, market research, networking, conferences and customer referrals.
• Engage with R&D, procurement, sourcing, technical and business stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial responses.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups and business conversions through CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential target accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and new-customer acquisition targets.
• Travel for customer meetings, conferences and business development activities as required.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn and understand technical/business concepts.
• Positive attitude, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• M.Pharma/MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution.
• Freshers with strong academic performance and communication skills.
• Candidates with an interest in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
