We're Hiring MAD Associates

We hire MAD Associates who receive exposure across different aspects of marketing before growing into the area that best matches their interests and strengths. Candidates may indicate their preferred area of interest while applying.

• Marketing: Campaign coordination, research, execution and cross-functional support.
• Client Servicing: Client communication, briefs, follow-ups and project coordination.
• Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Content planning, creators, trends and platform-first execution.
• Copy & Communication: Captions, campaign concepts, scripts and brand communication.
• Design / Video / Production: Visual content, editing, cinematography, shoot planning and production support.

Work Setup

• Location: Lado Sarai, Saket, New Delhi (Work from Office)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (2 Saturdays working, based on project requirements)
