* Experience: 13 years/fresher in B2B back-office sales, tele-calling, or digital lead management (industrial/machinery sector preferred).
* Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream, Business Administration, or Marketing.
* Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, CRM and Excel proficiency, digital tool usage (WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn), and phone negotiation.
* Traits: Tech-savvy, organized, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable selling via phone, email, and video.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead Qualification: Filter inbound inquiries from web, ads, and WhatsApp; call and qualify leads for senior sales teams.
* Digital Nurturing: Run targeted WhatsApp/email campaigns and share machine videos, brochures, and testimonials with prospects.
* Commercial Support: Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and specs; guide clients on pricing, terms, and machine options over phone/video.
* CRM & Coordination: Maintain CRM lead records, schedule follow-ups, track order dispatch timelines, and handle post-sale communication.
