Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and other external stakeholders for project-related marketing activities.
Manage regular communication and follow-ups with consultants to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist in planning and executing real estate marketing activities and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing requirements.
Prepare and share marketing-related documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate for project brochures, presentations, digital marketing material, branding, and other promotional activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and consultants regarding ongoing requirements.
Support project launches, events, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain proper records of marketing activities, expenses, and vendor/consultant coordination.
Monitor ongoing marketing activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
