Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills across both digital and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate offline marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Manage the company's social media presence and content calendar.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, and vendors for marketing requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B, automotive, manufacturing, or technology environment.
• Experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
