Position Summary:

Support the Trdade Marketing team in executing activities and coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, so that programmes, materials and schemes reach the trade on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trade marketing activities for channel partners, such as branding, point-of-sale materials, gifting, trade schemes and partner events.
• Coordinate with Sales, marketing and with vendors for inputs, approvals, dispatches and delivery.
• Track activity schedules, budgets, vendor invoices, material stock and dispatches in Excel, and prepare regular MIS and status reports.
• Maintain channel partner databases, scheme trackers.
• Collect and consolidate partner and field feedback, and monitor activity execution and scheme performance.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
• Strong Excel skills (mandatory): formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning and charts.
• Good written and spoken English, and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Organised, detail-oriented and persistent in follow-ups.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner or market visits.

This role will be base in our Corporate Office (Gurgaon) and will be on Third Party Payroll.
