We deliver farm fresh milk right at the door step of our 25,000+ customers on daily basis. Responsibilities:

• Execute on-ground marketing and customer acquisition activities across Mumbai.
• Generate quality leads through field marketing, BTL activities, sampling, events, societies, gyms, corporates and other relevant channels.
• Engage with customers, understand their requirements and communicate Provilac products effectively.
• Drive lead conversion and achieve monthly sales/customer acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
• Support promotional activities, product sampling and local activations.
• Maintain daily activity, lead and conversion reports.
• Track market feedback, customer responses and competitor activities.
• Explore new locations, partnerships and opportunities to improve customer acquisition.
• Participate in new marketing initiatives, experiments and local campaigns.

Requirement:

• Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills, confidence and a willingness to work in the field.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BTL, Field Marketing, FMCG, Retail or Customer Acquisition will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and business partners.
• Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership of assigned activities.
• Candidates with knowledge of Mumbai locations/local markets will be an added advantage.
