Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for RCC products such as RCC Pipes, Precast Concrete Products and other related products.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, contractors, builders, developers and government departments.
• Generate sales leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, customer follow-ups and sales reporting.
• Handle office-based marketing activities, including emails, customer calls, documentation and preparation of quotations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
• Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and orders to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records and prepare regular marketing reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing or Sales & Marketing from a recognized institute.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and other computer applications.
• Ability to identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
• Interest in industrial marketing, construction materials, RCC products and the infrastructure sector.
• Willingness to coordinate with customers, contractors, builders and dealers through calls and site visits whenever required.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with experience in building materials, construction products or industrial marketing will be preferred.
