Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify potential greenfield, brownfield and hospital expansion projects across India.
• Generate and qualify leads from hospitals, promoters, doctors, healthcare groups and investors.
• Build relationships with CEOs, COOs, hospital owners, project directors and healthcare decision-makers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and opportunity mapping.
• Track upcoming hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, EOIs, RFIs, RFPs and tenders.
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, follow-ups and opportunity progression.
• Maintain the CRM and business-development pipeline with accurate lead status and next actions.
• Support digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, events and healthcare conferences.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, project-management and consulting teams for client solutions.
• Track opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• MHA or MBA with specialization in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration or Marketing preferred.

• 35 years of relevant experience in hospitals, healthcare consulting, healthcare infrastructure, medical

equipment, architecture/PMC or related sectors.

• Good understanding of hospital operations and healthcare industry dynamics.

• Strong communication, presentation, networking and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to engage professionally with senior healthcare stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business-development activities.
