About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Marketing Executives to join our sales & marketing team. The role involves a combination of telephone-based customer interaction and field visits.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating sales opportunities, and visiting customers when required to build relationships and close business.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, freshers, or candidates currently pursuing graduation who are interested in building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
• Visit customers at their location for product discussions, demonstrations, relationship management and sales closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat/business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company's systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer support.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly sales updates and reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing graduation.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Good spoken English and basic communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office / email / internet.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable travelling locally for customer visits.
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.

Experience

• 03 years of experience in sales/customer service preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
