About Us

Priyam IT Services Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based IT company helping businesses run smarter with technology. We develop powerful software for billing, inventory, barcoding, and accounting, and we also offer website design and development, mobile app development, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation services. Along with software, we supply business hardware such as barcode printers, scanners, barcode labels, and thermal rolls.

Who You Will Work With

You will meet and work with a wide range of businesses, including:

• Retail stores, supermarkets, garment shops, and departmental stores
• Manufacturing units and industrial businesses
• Hotels, restaurants, and cafs
• Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies
• Distributors, wholesalers, and other growing businesses

What You Will Do

• Visit businesses across retail, industry, hospitality, and healthcare to promote our software, IT services, digital marketing services, and hardware products.
• Understand each client's business and recommend the right solution, whether it's billing software, a website, a mobile app, a digital marketing package, or hardware.
• Give confident product demos at the client's location.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Convert leads shared by the telemarketing team into happy customers.
• Build long-term client relationships for renewals, upgrades, AMC, and repeat orders.
• Develop new business through market visits, references, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with our technical team for installation, training, and after-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and share insights with management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular visit and sales reports.

What We Are Looking For

• Any graduate. BBA / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in software, IT services, digital marketing, or POS solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to explain technology in simple language to business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, PowerPoint).
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Bonus Points If You Have

• An existing network among retailers, industries, hotels, or hospitals in Pune.
• Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google Ads) or website/app development.
• Knowledge of barcode printers, scanners, and POS hardware.
