Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our international B2B marketing for our apparel manufacturing business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate new international buyer/brand leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing and other digital channels.
• Actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
• Identify international fashion brands and decision-makers and initiate business conversations.
• Manage regular cold outreach, follow-ups and email campaigns.
• Communicate with overseas buyers professionally and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Promote our apparel manufacturing capabilities, collections, and services across digital platforms.
• Maintain lead databases and track outreach, responses, follow-ups and conversions.
• Research international fashion markets, brands and potential clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 6 months2 years experience in B2B, international marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred.
• Must have an active LinkedIn account (preferably 6–12+ months old) with a professional profile.
• Should be comfortable using or willing to work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for extensive prospecting.
• Strong English communication skills — written and spoken — for interacting with international clients.
• Confident in sending professional emails, LinkedIn messages and conducting client conversations.
• Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with aggressive/consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, textile, export or manufacturing will be an advantage.
