We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Content Creative’ to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging marketing campaigns, creating compelling content across digital platforms, and supporting brand communication strategies that connect with our target audience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create and execute content-driven campaigns, including email marketing initiatives, social media promotions and brand storytelling efforts that drive engagement, conversions and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for strategic marketing, content creation, creative storytelling, digital marketing trends and consumer behavior, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Objectives of this Role

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Create compelling content across digital channels including email campaigns, website, social media, blogs and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Identify audience segments and personalise communication strategies for improved engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance insights and optimise content strategies to drive measurable results.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative and communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end content-driven marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
• Create engaging copy, visual concepts and persuasive calls-to-action for digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, list segmentation and performance tracking.
• Design and coordinate visually appealing, responsive content templates across platforms.
• Research market trends, audience behaviour and competitor activities to inform creative strategy.
• Work closely with design teams to produce high-quality marketing assets and brand communication materials.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate actionable recommendations for optimisation.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing or creative marketing roles.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and editing skills.
• Understanding of lead generation & email marketing best practices, segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Familiarity with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Indian consumer behaviour and digital content trends.
