Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Social media and content: Maintain the posting calendar, brief content

creators and agencies, coordinate photos and videos, review content for

accuracy, and arrange publication of approved posts.

• Design and collaterals: Brief designers and coordinate brochures, posters,

standees, product creatives, dealer materials, and other marketing assets.

Check product details and follow each item through approval and

production.

• Advertising: Coordinate approved digital, print, outdoor, and other

advertisements with agencies and media partners. Track artwork,

approvals, placement, deadlines, and publication.

• BTL activities: Coordinate promotional materials for dealer and market

activities. Work with the sales team on requirements and schedules, and

track delivery of materials to the intended locations.

• Business WhatsApp campaigns: Coordinate approved campaign

messages, visuals, and broadcast content with the creative team. Align the

communication schedule with the CRM team, which will handle customer

responses and follow-up.

• Website and digital performance: Coordinate website content updates

with the service provider and track basic social media, website, and

campaign results.
