About company It is a fast-growing residential solar company helping homeowners adopt rooftop solar through simple consultation, design, installation, and after-sales support.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to handle field marketing and lead generation activities. The role involves ATL/BTL campaigns, society activations, RWA partnerships, and customer engagement activities to generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing and BTL activities in residential areas.
• Visit apartments, housing societies, and gated communities for customer engagement.
• Build relationships with RWAs, society committees, and local partners.
• Organize society activations, kiosks, stalls, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct Door-to-Door (D2D) outreach to generate customer leads.
• Educate homeowners about rooftop solar and its benefits.
• Generate and update qualified leads in CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer meetings and follow-ups.
• Track lead status and support lead conversion.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Community Engagement.
• Experience in Solar, Real Estate, Interior, EdTech, or other high-ticket industries preferred.
• Regional language fluency is mandatory:
• Bangalore Kannada
• Hyderabad Telugu
• Nagpur Marathi
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Comfortable with field work and ATL/BTL activities.
• Graduate in any discipline.
