Marketing Executive

Job Description:

RML Pathology is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Fresher) to support the promotion of our diagnostic and pathology services. The candidate will help build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners while increasing brand awareness in the local medical market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers to promote pathology services
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with medical practitioners
  
• Explain test profiles, health packages, and lab services clearly
  
• Assist in organizing health camps, promotional activities, and awareness programs
  
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
  
• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
  
• Maintain visit reports and basic documentation
  
• Achieve assigned marketing and collection targets
  

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Basic knowledge or interest in the medical / pathology field
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to do field work
  
• Presentable and professional attitude
  
• Ability to learn quickly
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  
• Two-wheeler preferred (if field marketing role)
