Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Identify old, structurally deficient, or low-FSI (Floor Space Index) apartment buildings in prime urban areas with high redevelopment potential.
• Society Liaison & Persuasion: Meet with housing society committees and multi-family homeowners. Pitch the mutual benefits of redevelopment to achieve the legal majority consent required by local laws.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Law.
• Experience: 5+ years of core real estate experience, with a heavy emphasis on land acquisition, society redevelopment, or tenant relocation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, relationship-building.
• Local Language Fluency: Fluency in Tamil is non-negotiable for establishing trust with older property owners.
