Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Una / Kangra / Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing activities to generate leads and increase business.
• Identify potential customers and new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
• Generate leads through direct marketing, local networking, references, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly marketing and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update customer/lead information.
• Coordinate with local institutions, businesses, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders for business development.
• Participate in local events, campaigns, promotional activities, and recruitment/marketing drives as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Education

10th ,12th and Graduate in any discipline.

Compensation

Salary:15000 to 18000
