Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Visit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, consultants, dealers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct a minimum of 5 client visits per day to generate business.
• Promote and demonstrate Lumixtra's premium LED lighting solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and submit quotations to prospective clients.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and regular follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the Lumixtra brand image during all client interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in lighting, B2B Sales, electrical products, construction, or building materials will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in meeting clients and building long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.
• Willing to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred (if applicable).
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
