We currently operate Integrative Diabetes Clinic Centres in Chennai, with plans to expand and establish centres across India, making personalized and integrative diabetes & metabolic care accessible nationwide.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive the marketing, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition of AyurAI's clinics, products, and digital health solutions across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for AyurAI clinics, products, and wellness programs.
• Drive online consultations, clinic appointments, product enquiries, and qualified leads.
• Promote Ayur AI's key offerings, including AIWell App, CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor), Gut Microbiome Kit, Kiosks, and other healthcare solutions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads of AyurAI.
• Manage and optimize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profile (GMB), and Google Search Console (GSC) to track performance, improve local search visibility, and drive clinic and website traffic.
• Develop and execute SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies.
• Build awareness and visibility for AyurAI's brands and clinic centres across PAN India.
• Develop social media campaigns, content strategies, and product-focused campaigns.
• Create location-specific campaigns for existing and upcoming Ayur.AI clinic centres.
• Track and optimize leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, and campaign ROI.
• Work closely with the clinical, product, sales, creative, and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Identify new marketing channels and strategies to increase brand reach, product adoption, and patient acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage GA4, GMB & GSC for performance tracking, local visibility, and website growth.
• Experience in lead generation, product marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
• Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, HealthTech is an added advantage.
