Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

Serve as primary point of contact for all existing and new customers; handle day-to-day inquiries and

provide technical support

Prepare competitive quotations for Ferro Alloys, Base Metals, and Minor Metals; follow up on quotes

to convert to orders

Process and finalize orders; coordinate with Operations for delivery; track order status and keep

customers updated

Monitor customer payments, send reminders for outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue

payments with urgency

Manage customer relationships through regular site visits, calls, and emails; build trust and ensure

customer satisfaction

CRM & Collaboration Management

Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data in Salesforce CRM system with complete

interaction history, quotes, orders, and payment status

Use Salesforce to track sales pipeline, manage leads, monitor conversion rates, and forecast territory

revenue

Utilize Slack for team collaboration, daily communication with Sanjay Lodha and regional teams,

sharing market updates, and quick decision-making

Prepare Salesforce-based reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, quote conversion, and

payment recovery for weekly/monthly reviews

Business Development

Identify and prospect new customers across assigned territory in automotive, aerospace, infrastructure,

and manufacturing sectors

Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, trade shows, exhibitions, and partnership

development

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging

customer segments

Marketing & Reporting

Develop marketing collaterals and participate in industry events to promote MTC Group and generate

leads

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports from Salesforce and monthly market analysis; share updates via

Slack with leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field

3-7 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience in B2B, preferably in metals

or manufacturing

Strong understanding of metals products or ability to learn quickly

Proven ability to close sales deals and manage customer accounts

REQUIRED: Fluent in Salesforce (CRM) ability to input data, manage leads, track deals, generate

reports, and analyse sales pipeline

REQUIRED: Fluent in Slack – proficient in team communication, channel management, direct

messaging, file sharing, and integration with other tools

Excellent English communication; regional language proficiency is strongly preferred

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory (50-60%)
